Leisure Suit Larry Reloaded on paranneltu versio pelistä Leisure Suit Larry 1: In the Land of the Lounge Lizards (1991), joka puolestaan on uusintaversio pelistä Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards (1987), ja se on saanut inspiraationsa Softporn Adventuresta (1981). Peli toteutettiin joukkorahoituksen avulla ja suunniteltiin alkuperäisten luojien avustuksella.
